Official Statement Regarding CNocturna's Withrawal from the Alliance

It all started with CNocturna’s bid on Feather City, that bid was originally a block so that Amity would avoid a Dual Def TW Schedule from Sanctify and Torment. Hours before the schedule of Amity’s Def with Sanctify and the block from CNocturna’s bid on FC, CN announce that the bid on Amity would be an all out war and that attendance is a must for that specific TW.

Now 20mins before the bidding Ephipany asked Laurenze on where they plan to bid. Laurenze stated that he wanted to take Feather City. Naturally one would question Laurenze’s intention on attacking Feather City as it is in the ownership of Amity who is one of our allies. Of course Ephipany did not agree on the idea of attacking Amity especially without Amity’s consent. But due to Sanctify and Torments bid on Amity, rumzy had CN bid on FC in order to manipulate the time of the TW Schedules since they had nowhere else to attack.

Around 2pm we talked with Laurenze and he said that he wanted us to give Feather City to CN because it was what their councils wanted. When I ask why their councils wanted it his answer was because Feather City was originally owned by CN before the territorial reset. I suggested that they talk with Amity since Amity is the owner of Feather City and not Exiled. But he insisted that Feather City be given and that we should agree to it because it was what an alliance was all about. Then Ephipany and I suggested a way for them to come to an agreement with Amity and that was that they have a friendly TW with Amity for Feather City, winner takes the territory, that simple. But again they insisted that the territory should be handed over because it was what an alliance was about. At this point a lot of the CN members were getting in on the discussion. Some agreed to Laurenze’s idea and other’s opposed. Since there was no use talking with them Ephipany and I merely observed their discussions. A few minutes later kOdiaK (CN’s Former Master and current Marshal) logged in and I saw that they had a chat room with him as host. I do not know the details but after a short while kOdiaK suddenly resigned as Marshal and left the clan.

At around 2 hours before the Scheduled War swity_beb invited me to their chat room where they were finalizing what they were going to do. They just told me that their plan was their own so I just said okay since I had no say in the matter.

During Amity’s RG for their TW with Sanctify I informed them that CN might make a serious attack on Feather City and that they should choose as to where they were going to defend. Yurichi decided that they will continue with their original plan of defending White Mountain from Sanctify and that they would leave Feather City alone and make CN decide as to whether they would really destroy their CB or just let the 3 hours expire, thus Yurichi ordered Amity not to enter Feather City.

When I logged in at CN I noticed that their clan roster dropped from nearly 200 to 170+ and that a lot were ranting in their clan chat so I merely observed first on what they were talking about in order to get an idea as to what happened during the time that I was offline there. Based on what I read from the members it seemed there were some people who were furious because it was announced that they would have an all out war with Amity but when the TW started they were ordered to stand down and anyone who opposed this was kicked from the clan. There were also some that left because of kOdiaK not being in the clan.

While they were discussing things got a bit out of hand when Laurenze told the members that Ephipany made a statement about Nocturna not being able to exist without Exiled, because of this misai who was also logged in and quietly observing got furious but in order to avoid more tension from the existing problem I requested misai to just leave and not get involved in the discussion. So with fewer members in the clan and a clearer clan chat (during the afternoon the clan chat was flooded by the members) I tried once again to talk about the issue at hand with Laurenze. I was told that they were treated unfairly and that the alliance left them hanging. I honestly do not know the reasons or whatever it is that happened that they felt they were treated unfairly or that the alliance did not support them. So I kept asking why? Where? When? How? I wanted to know so that I might resolve the problem. But I was always answered with “Oh you know it already” or “Why don’t you ask yourself” and stuff like that. I was also told by Laurenze that they really did feel unfair treatment from Exiled and that I had no right to judge what they were feeling, but still I got no answer as to where the unfair treatment was based on. So as I was not getting the answers I needed I kept on repeating the question. When they finally decided to answer my question it was revealed that they felt that they were unfairly treated when rumzy left CN to join Exiled and his friends followed him. They said that Exiled did nothing in order to help with the internal problems of CN and just accepted rumzy and his group because they were high levels and that was all that we were after from CN. While explaining to them what happened regarding rumzy, the man in question suddenly appeared (he was reading everything since the beginning) and went a bit ballistic in the clan chat and I believe he said something that was a bit foul to FreA, I wasn’t sure what it was as the chat window was going fast again. Then after a while the discussion shifted to the issue regarding Feather City again. As I stated before I suggested to them that they talk with Amity’s Councils because they were the owners of the territory. I kept on repeating this over and over but Laurenze insisted that I was the one managing Amity. I told him that I merely observe during Amity’s meetings and that I give suggestions and options to them, not order them as to what to do with their clan. This is the same as with all allied clans of Exiled, their respective Clan Masters are the ones to decide and not me or Ephipany or Exiled’s Councils. After all that’s said and done, after ¼ of the clan members either left or were kicked they suddenly said that it was all an act and it was just a psychological test in order to determine what CN really was to the alliance.

Certain Details and Exiled’s side reactions:

1. Why would CN attack Amity for Feather City without Amity’s consent, we should communicate with each other since we are an alliance in the 1st place.

2. Feather City does not belong to Exiled therefore Laurenze should have talked with Amity and their councils and not with Exiled, regarding his desire to own Feather City.

3. Because of the territorial reset ownership of a land by a clan has been erased. Therefore their reason that Feather City should belong to CN because CN owned the land before the reset is useless.

4. Laurenze stated that Ephipany said that CN would not exist if it were not for Exiled, which Ephipany never said, because of this misai wanted to get involved in the discussion due to Ephipany’s name being involved directly.

5. When they talked with us regarding Feather City they were demanding that the territory be given to them, but what they posted in their FB Page was that they asked for it in a nice way.

6. According to them the unfair treatment that they felt was because of Exiled’s accepting rumzy and his friends into the clan. They said that we just openly accepted them without trying to help CN resolve their internal issues. Some of you who would be reading this know that I tried to help rumzy make peace with CN but it was rumzy who felt that their issues would not be resolved.

7. Somewhere during the discussion Laurenze stated that it was unfair because Amity has more territory that CN and that being an alliance it should have been equal. If everyone remembers correctly during the start of the bidding of the freshly wiped territories, Amity made their 1st bid on the southern part of the map and CN made their 1st bid on the northern part of the map above Sword City where they were wiped out. Weeks later CN made a bid at the southern part of the map besides Amity. Naturally Amity would have more lands that CN because CN was late in placing themselves where they are now.

8. The CN councils also keeps stating that when other clans of the alliance ask for lands they were allowed to get those lands, but when they asked for a land they were rejected. To clarify more on this during last years territorial war scoring KONOHA was given a land which was owned by CN. This action was made with the consent of frav03 (CN’s handler that time). If frav03 rejected the plan back then, KONOHA would not have been given that land. Exiled has never made an allied clan make a bid through force. The bids and plans of every clan within the alliance are done with the respective clan master’s consent.

9. CN councils stated that what they did was in order to also get freedom from the alliance. If they wanted to severe their alliance from Exiled, why did they have to do all that they did and risked the clan’s members and reputation? A lot of members were kicked from the clan and some of them left due to all the commotion that was happening. They could just have talked with Exiled that they wanted to break away from the alliance.

10. CN councils also said that they wanted to be independent from the help of other clans. Laurenze said that he did not need help from other clans. If so, why do all that they did and not just tell Exiled that they wanted the alliance to stop helping them in their TWs?
11. Exiled does not want to break alliance with CN but ultimately it was Laurenze who announced that they were no longer allied with Exiled.

Personal Reactions:

1. Some of the people in CN told me that Exiled had forsaken them if so then explain to me as to why most of my characters were in CN and that every week those characters are present during their TWs. Those characters are even more active in CN that the councils themselves.

2. Amity was the one who struggled in conquering Feather City, why would I agree to Laurenze’s demand in giving him ownership of FC. They should have talked with Amity and really ask nicely instead of demanding like they did.

3. The councils should not have announced an all out war with Amity if all they had planned to do inside the battlefield was to just stand inside the base and have Amity freely kill them. By common sense due to these actions some members would be pissed off.

4. Laurenze told me that I had no right to dictate them on their feelings that they were unfairly treated. Well by using his own words, I also had no right to dictate rumzy on his feelings regarding his issues with CN so that’s why when he said that he really wanted to leave CN I did not stop him. I had also no right to dictate his feelings on wanting to join Exiled. He’s a friend of mine. He wanted to join. Exiled had slots, so I accepted him. The same goes for rumzy’s friends that wanted to be in the same clan as him.

Note: These are my personal reactions when had I calmed down. If there are those who wish to know how I was reacting when I wasn’t calm then simply talk with me but be ready to be shocked by what I will be telling you. ^_^

Update regarding the Jacket Making Contest

All entries are in and the jacket designs are now sent to the jacket maker to be analyzed if the jacket design can be possibly created. The next step would be selecting the top 3 and a 5 day voting period. The officers have also decided that each participant who joined the competition deserves compensation. So no efforts are wasted.

Members that are interested in the jackets are required to prepare 500 pesos.

After the voting period, the collection for the jackets will begin. Please remember that we will not make extra jackets. Ordering one is your only chance to acquire it. For members outside Manila, we will ship the jacket to you but you have to pay the shipping charge.

Exiled Perfect World Events postponed

Due to the continued loss in the recent Territorial Wars, all events for Exiled Clan in Perfect World will be suspended indefinitely. The planned Amazing Race, Trivia Contest, Refining Race, and the Lotto will not be implemented until the clan will recover from its loss. However, Exiled Clan in Zhu Xian is not affected with the event suspension.

Please take note that only Perfect World Events will be suspended, the long-awaited Jacket Design contest will still be launched on the first week of June. This is open to all Exiled members in both realms.

[Perfect World]Exiled Takes the First Step; NAP With Aether Forcefully Broken

Exiled has begun their attack on Aether when they slammed a 200m bid on Fragrant slope as a sign that they mean business. Many were shocked because of this decision as everyone was expecting that Aether and Exiled will attack Fidelis since Fidelis was a long term rival of Exiled.

Exiled had a long term Non-Agression Pack with Aether, however due to confirmed information from four reliable sources (previously three) Aether was having an underground NAP with another clan, namely Blacklist. During the first few weeks of the Territorial War when Blacklist was having a foothold to where Legacy was once before, the master of Aether, Ringo, suggested that Exiled and Aether was to form a NAP wherein they will also follow a joint attack against BlackList. However, when Fidelis was having a clan problem and was on the verge of breaking up, Aether now switched their target to Fidelis while Exiled continued on their Blacklist crusade. After several weeks of defeating Blacklist, Aether now turned on Blacklist since there was an ongoing issue within the clan that caused it to be significantly weakened.

During these times, there was no contact with the Aether councils as to why they suddenly changed their plans. Unfortunately, friends from Aether councils confirmed that Aether attacked Blacklist to secure Dragon city from Exiled even though there was no real threat from Exiled since it was concentrating on securing a foothold within the region. According to Aether’s council, there was no person to contact in Exiled, that is why Exiled was not informed by this sudden change of plan and according to them, they do not trust Exiled.

“It’s weird hearing that from them whereas there are 4 high councils, including me, that was always online at those times,” said Janepher.

With the continuous loss from Aether during their Fidelis Campaign, one can conclude that they did shift towards Blacklist upon hearing that they were significantly weakened.

Will Exiled succeed this week? We don’t know for sure but the members are preparing for a massive war. We can conclude it’s gonna be one hell of a fight.

[Zhu Xian] New Master for the ZhuXian Online Clan

As you may all know, it was announced before that there will be a turnover of the clan leadership. Many of you already has an idea who it will be since the Vice has been transferred to Khalib. Yes, my friends, after hours and hours of IRL meeting with the High Councils of Exiled, it has been decided that Khalib will be the master. And the vice will be poochy.

Unfortunately, there's a little bit of bad news to this. As you all know, poochy belongs to Exiled Family and the current Family Head is ZaoWhuZu. As you may have noticed, Zao hasn't been online much lately after the mastership has been temporarily passed to me. He has been fixing his papers for his transfer in Singapore which unfortunately has no Zhu Xian online or he lacks the time to be online when he starts his job. He will now be leaving the clan and the game as well.

Good luck to ZaoWhuZu and all his endeavors!

To Clan Exiled, I know I have not been a very good master by the time the mastership was transferred to me. However, it was only temporary and as I have mentioned before, my time does not permit me to become a master of a specific clan. However, I'll still be around to supervise from time to time :)

Exiled Clan Evaluation Period

During the month of April, Exiled will be undergoing a strict evaluation procedure in determining the true strength of the clan. For those who will completely transfer to Rohan online, please inform your clan master so that we can free up some slots. However, if you decide to play at a later date, you are still welcome to join the clan granting we still have the slots but still you will be given priority. But if you will be kicked due to inactivity, you are still welcome to join the clan but you will be given less priority.

For strict implementation. Please be advised.

After domination III, the current family head will have a grand meeting with regards to Exiled's stand after Domination. During the event, we will have a booth and everyone is welcome to visit and there will be a mini get together. This is also a chance to meet up with the other members and will also evaluate the clan's closeness to one another. If it fails to meet Clan Exiled's competitive standards, then Clan Exiled in Zhu Xian will be categorized as a casual clan. Being a casual clan means Clan Exiled will not participate in extreme PVP events and will only exist for community purposes. There will be no level caps that will be implemented as well and the members can and will level at their own pace. Should there be a clan threatening Exiled members, the only thing they could do is switch to another channel.

Competitive or Casual? Only the members can decide.

It is official. Exiled now belongs to the Light faction. Although this might be shocking for some since the Dark side is depicted as a side of Power and Strength. The Doctor along with ZaoWuZhu has decided to choose the Light side because both of them knew that most of the clans will choose Dark. According to Shannel, who attended the commercial launch yesterday, most of the clans has indeed chosen Dark. One of the prominent clans, Fatality, has also chosen the Light side which made the other rival clans choose Dark.

What are the Light and Dark factions? We shall soon understand.

It has come to our attention that there are many people who haven't completed their member info. So why fill out a Member info? Here are the reasons why:

1. You will now be considered as the official member of Exiled.
2. You will receive a fair evaluation if there are conflicts within the clan. Members without the member info are considered indispensable.
3. You will be able to participate in clan events.
4. You will be able to purchase from the "Clan shop" at incredibly low prices.

Lotto Update:
For all those who are unfamiliar with the lotto event here are the mechanics. Forum accounts are necessary in order to participate on the event.

Exiled Lotto

1. Every Monday, a thread will be set up to post your lotto numbers. The lotto numbers consist of 4 numbers with 0-6 integers on each number. The numbers can be repeated. (eg. 5521 4724 2356)
2. On Saturday, 9pm the thread will be closed.
3. Results will be posted on Sunday.
4. If nobody won that week, the prize will be carried over and the designated prize for the next week will be added. For example, this week is a 6 star Dragon ball. If nobody got the 6 star dragon ball this week then it will be added on the prize for next week.
5. Only 4 numbers are allowed per clan member.
6. The Numbers will be drawn through the http://random.org/integers/ website. The screenshot of the result will be posted. Only 1 set of numbers will be drawn.

[Zhu Xian] Clan Prestige Race

Our family is continually growing and currently reaching its peak. However, in order to expand further our growing family, we need to increase our clan prestige. To add 2 more family slots (that’s 30 more people) our clan prestige must reach 167,000. In order for us to achieve that, we must donate our rarity loots from time to time. But that’s not fun, is it? To make donation a little bit interesting, our clan will have its very first event. Here are the mechanics of the event.

Mechanics:
1. The person who has donated the most in the clan’s prestige will win the competition.
2. The event will end once the clan prestige reaches 167,000.
3. The announcement of winners is 2-3 days after the clan prestige reaches 167,000.
4. The contribution points done after the clan prestige reaches 167,000 will be considered null and void.
5. Clan Administrator, Clan Master, and Family Heads are immediately disqualified from winning the event.
6. Members who has not submitted their Member info are disqualified from winning the event.

Prizes:
1st Prize – Mount of choice (Leopard or White horse only)
2nd Prize – 200 Gold Ingot worth of premium items

As you may all know, Clan Exiled in Perfect World has recently won the War of the Jade Throne. The prizes were recently delivered to TheDoctor and there are questions on what will happen to the prizes.

Here are the results of the decision:

- 30 Dragon Balls – 15 will be offered to clan officers and members at a low price and 15 will be the prize on an event that will be decided soon.

2 Weekends leave of Absence

Exiled is currently undergoing new changes lately and we have just expanded to Zhu Xian online. There are lots of new members and new found friends. As a result, there are many who has not submitted their member info yet.

Please be reminded that the member info is required in order for you to be recognized as an official member of Exiled. By submitting a member info, you can participate in forum discussions and you can participate on clan events.

Also, the URL for the website has changed. We will no longer be using the http://pwexiled.blogspot.com since we are no longer be exclusive to Perfect World. The forums has also been updated as well to cater our new family members, the Zhu Xian members. As for the clan standing whether the ZhuXian clan will be a hardcore clan, the high councils of the Zhu Xian clan has decided to let time takes its course. So the fate of the clan is still unknown but Zhu Xian clan is now officially an Exiled expansion.

Why TheDoctor is not logging in?

A lot of you may have noticed that I have not logged in yet on Perfect World. I mean me, really me not some pilot. The cause of this is that my ISP does not allow any connections to some Level up games as well as some of E-games games.

As I've tested so far, I cannot log in on the following games:
1. Audition
2. Cabal
3. O2Jam
4. Perfect World
5. Grand Chase

I have already forwarded the concern to the ISP.

I will login immediately if my ISP allows my connection.

Until then, all other concerns can be relayed through Perfect World's clan master Ephipany.

Attendance will be checked 15 minutes after the war starts and immediately after the war. Please take note that habitual absences (without any excuse) during TW's will result to clan expulsion.

Site Update: Easier Clan Application

It is now easier to apply for clan Exiled as the clan administrator, TheDoctor, has found a solution for it. You can now simply visit a link and you will be taken to the clan application window. No more cutting and pasting, no more long instructions. Just fill out the form and you're done!

Exiled in Zhu Xian?

Many of you might be wondering if the Exiled in Zhu Xian is the real deal. Well, the answer is… YES. We have established a clan in Zhu Xian online. However, the fate of clan Exiled in Zhu Xian online is yet to be determined.

Clan Exiled has been successfully established in the close beta of Zhu Xian online. Everyday, the numbers are increasing and there are many families who wants to join the clan. However, several questions are beginning to rise on what is to become of Clan Exiled in Perfect World. Was TheDoctor’s resignation to clan mastership a cause for concern?

TheDoctor’s statement:

Clan Exiled in Perfect World will remain as is. Sure there will be changes but it will not affect the clan as a whole. We’ll keep on surviving and recruiting and train to be one of the best clans in Perfect World. As a matter of fact, we’re currently in the phase of strengthening the clan further.

With regards to my resignation as clan master, I resigned for the clan. I cannot be the master of Exiled forever and when there are times that I may not be around because of real life duties, I fear that the clan may crumble. A friend once said to me, ‘a leader is not a successful leader if no one will take over’

Let me make this clear, I DID NOT RESIGN BECAUSE OF ZHU XIAN. I’m still around managing the member info and this website. I’m not and I won’t even be the master of Clan Exiled in ZhuXian :P

Will Clan Exiled be a competitive clan in Zhu Xian?
That remains to be seen. As of now, Clan Exiled in Zhu Xian is leaning towards a casual clan since most of their members are still PW players.

As you may all know, there was a leak in the edited pictures here in the clan. I am very sure that someone from the "other side" is still visiting this forum and this website. I could really careless about your own damn forums but you're really hurting yourselves in visiting ours.

First and foremost, the edited pictures were not meant to be released in public. It is for our own clan entertainment. Let me ask you this, who released the pictures? WHO POSTED THE PICTURES IN GUARDIANS' Forums? Was it us?

Apparently not.

Do we advertize our forums in the PW Site and say "come and see the pics"? I believe not.

You keep on sending spies here in our forums then you'll only ending up getting hurt. If those pictures were really meant to embarrass someone then we should have posted it in Perfect World's official forum.

Now you are enraged and I don't care. It's our site, we do what we want. That is why I left PW Boards in the first place since we have all the freedom we want here in our forums. Besides, there's more substantial discussion here in our forums rather than the PW Forum's bragfest. :D

Another milestone for Exiled as Janepher, TheDoctor's wife, has finally reached Rank 8. It was a swift and sudden announcement as the Rank 8 announcement was done immediately after the trivia contest in the clan chat.

There are now two members of Exiled who has achieved rank 8 and this is the first time in the history of Tiger Server that there is an in-game couple that achieved Rank 8.\

Achieving Rank 8 is no easy feat as it needs team work and perseverance. It is currently the highest rank anyone can get and considered as the greatest achievement any player can have.

As of this moment, Exiled has already chosen their final line-up for Wardlord's Circle and Dynasty Wars. The members have already been informed "secretly" for security purposes. Whoever those people may be are considered to be one of the best in the clan as observed during PK sessions and Territorial Wars. The panel has considered every possible candidate and has analyzed their performance thoroughly. That is all for now, I hope that you will support our team in the upcoming tournament.

Another Milestone for Exiled

July 14, 2008 - Just as planned, Clan Exiled has come to take back what’s theirs. After taking Sword City out of Guardians’ hands the previous week, Exiled looks at an attempt at making a PW-PH first: The occupation of three major cities by a single clan. With momentum on their side and little else in their way, it was all just a matter of time, really.

The battle opened with both clans employing the mid-lane rush, with Guardians almost immediately destroying one of the two Exiled mid-lane towers. Well…almost. After having defended the towers, Clan Exiled immediately switched to an all-out offensive, going as deep as it could into the Guardians’ part of the map. With the attackers closing in on their base fast, Guardians launched several attempts at a counter-offensive, sending catapult parties through Lane A of the battlefield, but every single attack was thwarted by The Red Machine’s fixed defense parties, while their offense teams hammered away at the Guardians’ base relentlessly. Like I said earlier, it was all just a matter of time.

So how long was Guardians able to hold on to Beast City? 53 minutes.

Congratulations, Exiled! The first clan ever to occupy three major cities simultaneously in PW-PH! While I think about it, I think it’s pretty safe to say that this may be the first time any clan has done this on any Perfect World server. O_o

The Successful Siege of Sword City

July 6, 2008 – Shrugging off the loss of Beast City to Guardians the week before last, Exiled kept its eye on the ball as they geared up for what they crawled up to the north part of the map for: The capture of Sword City. The Red Machine was more than ready when the battlegrounds opened, and fought one of their greatest battles to date.

Unexpectedly though, it was Guardians who set the pace of the battle from the outset, as they went for the mid-lane rush. Having been immediately aware of this, but missing several of its key members (the battlegrounds fill up in a matter of seconds, keeping everybody else who isn’t fast enough outside), there was little else Exiled could do but hold off the Guardians offensive. This went on for the greater part of the battle, as G did their best to keep the clashes as far away from their base as possible and deep into Exiled’s half of the map, so did the Exiled veterans hope to get in the battlefield to be able to fulfill their respective roles. Several counter-offensives were done by the incomplete catapult team, resulting in some damage to the Guardians base, but as they were lacking support and firepower, they were quickly pushed back by G’s defenses. While Guardians fought with heart this time around, the inevitable came when Exiled’s key members were finally able to join the battle. With the catapult team finally complete, and Guardians seemingly not even trying to make changes in their strategy, the hammer dropped on the anvil. And it dropped hard. A few pushes of the cata & strike teams while the remainder of Exiled held off the mid-lane leading into the Guardians base, and BAM! Sword City’s walls were painted red, with 42 minutes remaining on the clock.

So what’s next for Clan Exiled?

Why, the re-taking of Beast City, of course.

Let us congratulate the winners of the T-Shirt Design contest. It was indeed a close fight but according to the mechanics of the contest, the winner will also be determined by the number of votes. The poll is pretty much clear and so we can announce the winner of the contest.

T-Shirt prize is removed but the Yuan prize is upgraded.
